How to use these organization printables
Every page in this library was made and used in our household. We run most of them as Google Sheets, especially the budgeting ones, and we’ve printed and tried most of the rest. Here’s where to start and how to set them up.
Where to start
If money is the pressure right now, start with the budgeting templates:
- Bill Calendar: map every bill to the payday that covers it
- Subscription Tracker: find the recurring charges you forgot about
- One-Sitting Budget: plan the month from your paycheck
- Monthly expense tracker: see where the money actually went
If school is the pressure, start here:
- Back-to-school checklist for parents: every child’s forms, fees and logistics in one place
- School morning routine chart: mornings timed back from when you leave
- Weekly family planner: everyone’s week on one page for the fridge
- Kids activities and sports tracker: practices, fees and carpools together
Printed or as a Google Sheet
To print, set your printer to 100% so nothing gets cut off. Keep the pages you use weekly where you’ll see them, on the fridge or in a binder.
The budgeting templates also come as a Google Sheet you can copy. That’s how we use them, because the Sheet adds up the totals for you.
With AI, or without it
Each printable PDF includes an optional AI prompt. Paste in your details and your assistant fills in a first draft for you to check. If you’d rather not use AI, every page works with a pen.

Who makes these printables
I’m Akil Bennett, the founder of Run Your Household and a dad of two. These pages come out of my own house. I’ve tracked our budget in spreadsheets for years, down to the interest on the mortgage. At the start of 2026 I moved that whole system into an AI workspace, then turned the pieces into printables so they’d work two ways: as a page you print and see every day, or as a Google Sheet or Doc that does the adding for you. The site went live in September 2026.
A few of these, like the meal planner, live on paper at our house because a printed page is a reminder you see every day. Most of the rest we track inside the same AI setup the walkthroughs teach. If you’d rather skip AI, Google Sheets, Docs and the printed pages do the same job by hand. Use whichever fits your house.
Updated October 2026. New printables go out in the Sunday email first, then get added here, so bookmark this page.
Before you sign up
What happens after I enter my email?
You’ll get the link to the full printable library right away. After that, you’ll get one email every Sunday morning with a household walkthrough, the prompt we used and any new printables. Unsubscribe anytime.
Can I share the files?
Free for personal and household use. Please don’t resell or repost the files. If a friend wants one, send them the page link.
Do I need AI to use these?
No. Every page works with a pen. Each PDF includes an optional prompt that drafts the page for you to check.
PDF, Google Sheet or Doc, which should I use?
Print the checklists and schedules. Use the Sheet for anything with money in it, because it adds the totals. Use the Doc for planners you’ll rewrite week to week.
How do I print them?
Letter size, printer at 100% so nothing gets cut off. Keep the ones you use weekly on the fridge or in a binder.
