How to use it

  1. Choose the week's meals and mark what will come from prep versus fresh cooking.

  3. Arrange the cooking session in clock times and label stored portions using the guidance for the actual recipe or food.

A useful detail

Does it tell me how long every prepared food keeps?

No. It provides a place to record that information. Check the recipe and appropriate food-storage guidance for the food you are making.
