Format and printing

The 3-page PDF is for printing and filling in by hand. You can also make a personal copy of the Google Sheets companion. Start with its instructions and enter information only in the designated input cells.

An optional AI prompt is included in the PDF. You can use the worksheets without an AI assistant. If you use the prompt, check its answer against your own details before copying it onto the pages.

A useful detail

Will the Sheet exactly match my lender's interest calculation?

Not necessarily. Use its calculation notes and actual statement-balance fields. Lender timing, fees and interest methods can differ from an estimate.
